In March of 2o19, Miriam and I came to Cochrane for a look around to see if it might be somewhere we would like to live. I had picked Tim Green, more or less out of the phone book, to show us homes. We were struggling to know shit we wanted in d home. Tim showed us a few homes based on what we had told him, but by paying close attention to the discussion throughout that first day, and the reaction we had to the various houses, he realized that what we thought we wanted, was not what had really brought us to Cochrane.
